Surface Preparation The application surface should be dry, clean and free from loose parts. Sharp edges on the surface should be rounded with grinding machine and corners and deep gaps should be covered with repair mortar. Internal corners, joints of walls should be chamfered. As primer on the prepared surface, Entech BitümEnflex Primer WB S /WB C / SB bitümen based primers or Entech EnBa EP Primer can be used and application should be start after primer has completely dried. The surfaces that reduce the adherence of the material should be roughened.Product Preparation It is ready to use after removal of silicone foil on the sub-surface. Application Roll open 50-100 cm of the membrane and remove approx. 30-50 cm of the silicone foil at the beginning of the membrane and press the exposed adhesive layer onto the substrate beginning from the middle. Avoid trapping air and creating creases. Pull the silicone foil through from under the roll and pull it off while unrolling the membrane. Firmly press the applied membrane onto the substrate. Overlap the membrane a minimum of 10 cm. to ensure a stable and durable seal, the adhesive part in the overlap area must be well pressed.

Shelf life is 12 months when unopened in a sun-free environment. Product circulation must be handled carefully. Shipment should be provided with the principle of “the product which enters the stock at first is also the first one leaves the stock”.

Attention should be paid to application temperature, application should be done in the temperature range of + 5 ° C + 35 ° C. Materil should not be exposed to traffic directly. Material should not be exposed to earth pressure directly on concrete wall surfaces, measures such as application of heat insulation board, drainage board (Entech GMFL 4 drenaj levhası) and protection wall should be taken. In terrace applications, concrete should not be cast directly on the material, separation layers should be laid.
